Course Methodology

This immersive two-day masterclass equips leaders and changemakers with the skills and mindset to thrive in a digital and AI-enabled world. Drawing from the Goldfish Series (Purple, Blue, Pink, and Silver), the course focuses on creating
differentiated experiences, embracing imperfections, and delivering impactful communication. Participants will explore how artificial intelligence is transforming customer service from predictive personalization to voice AI and examine the balance between automation and the human touch.

Case Studies

This hands-on program combines keynotes, team exercises, case studies, and interactive discussions. Practical frameworks, including I.D.E.A., R.R.R., and LOUD & CLEAR. These are used to structure learning. Each module concludes with application-based exercises, culminating in a pitch competition.
